This course is ideal for
- HR professionals who want to become internal corporate coaches, or want to create a coaching culture in their organizations.
- Internal corporate coaches who are already coaching in their organization but want to deepen their practice.
- Consultants who want to become external coaches (executive coaches)
Why you should attend
You are an executive working in HR or any other department and want to become a part- time or full-time internal corporate coach, a consultant and you want to become a successful external executive coach, or you are coaching already.
Important note: In order to achieve a high level of learning, the number of participants is limited to 12.
Your Facilitators
Charlie Lang & Sabreena Andriesz are executive coaches, working one-on-one with clients, mostly Asia-Pacific General Managers, Board Members, Country General Managers, Department Heads, CEO’s, etc. They have an accumulated working experience in Asia of over 25 years.
